We require a deposit to book a session…
A flat $120 (+$4.50 transaction fee) deposit is required for all sessions. This is NOT an extra charge. The deposit is simply a pre-payment for your session that serves as a commitment (on your part) to show-up for your session. For 2-hour minimum sessions, this means you are paying (in full) for your session in advance. For sessions longer than 2 hours, the $120.00 deposit will be deducted from your balance at the end of your session.
If you need to cancel, or reschedule, you must do so at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled session to transfer your deposit to a new date, or receive a full refund. If you have to cancel less than 7 days in advance, you forfeit your deposit.
Booking Policies
– There is a 2-hour minimum session requirement for weekdays. 5-hour minimum on weekends.
– A $120 deposit is required at the time we have agreed on a date and time for your session.
– If you need to cancel, or reschedule, you must do so at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled session to transfer your deposit to a new date, or receive a full refund. If you have to cancel less than 7 days in advance, you lose your deposit.
– We can accept credit/debit card payments for deposits by phone, the form below, or we can email a PayPal invoice to you to pay securely at your convenience. Sorry, we don’t schedule appointments to drop-off cash deposits. If you would like to drop a money order in our mailbox, that’s OK.
